Oh Mario, you're so cute! And ready for your forever family - - is it you? Mario is a mixed breed, around 45#. He was found with a severely injured paw and luckily a good samaritan saved him, took him to St Louis County and we rescued him! He does have nerve damage in his front paw but don't let that worry you. He runs and plays just fine! He does stairs like a champ and walks well on a leash. Don't let the limp fool you, he's full of life! Mario is so much fun. He really just wants to be loved. He really loves humans (adults only) & likes dogs.  

He's a loose leash walker and enjoys smelling everything.  He's now fully crate trained and non destructive when left out in a room with appropriate toys. He's  housebroken, with a clear sound to indicate that the he needs to go out. He loves playing with all dogs and would really benefit from having another doggie to play with.  He knows sit, down and come and is eager to learn even more!! He's very treat motivated and wants to make you happy.
