Harper is a little black and white terrier mix rescued from the St. Louis County Animal Control and has been with her foster so we're getting to know her! She is simply the cutest and likes to wrestle with her dog friends.  She is all people friendly but doesn't need to live with any cats if you ask her.  She sorta wants to be the princess in her palace.
